Sync Treo 700w with Outlook and Google Calendars
After many frustrating attempts to get google calendars to sync with Microsoft Outlook I finally found Oggsync.
- The installation process was very simple. Download the file here.
- Run the exe file with Outlook Closed. I just let it install to the default locations.
- Open up outlook and switch to your calendar view. You should see a new toolbar. Click on the first Icon and configure Oggsync.
- Oggsync is very simple, just enter your gmail account information and tell it which calendars you want to use. It supports multiple calendars and you can choose which ones are two way sync and which ones are read only.
- Also, if you use gmail on your own domain, you just have to enter your username@yourdomain.com and your password. Super simple
- Once all of your information is in, click on sync calendars and thats it! Best of all, there is a free version in case you don’t want to pay for it!
- Sync your Windows Media device and live happy thanks to Google and Oggsync.
Finally no more frustration. Buy the program if you like it, maybe they can make it even better! There is also a mobile version that installs right to your phone and syncs over the air.
