Tarsi throws three shutout innings in professional debut

Wednesday night Mike Tarsi debuted for the Elizabethton Twins and threw 3.0 innings of 1 hit baseball. The opening batter of the game hit a pop up between the short stop and third baseman. A miscommunication between the two led to the ball dropping untouched. This would be the only batter to reach base off of Tarsi as he sent the next 9 batters right back to the bench. Tarsi struck out two in his appearance and the Twins went on to win the game 9 to 7 over the Danville Braves. The win brings the E-town Twins record to 7-0 to lead the APP West and remain the only undefeated team.
Keep up to date with Tarsi’s stats here.

Paris Hilton makes me SICK

I’m not going to say anything more than: Paris Hilton makes me SICK.

Leave your thoughts on the Larry King live interview last night that made her sound like the idiot she is.  I couldn’t stand how she was saying that she hopes her experience helps other people…  thats just a laugh, she got caught drinking and driving and did time.  Can anyone explain to me why this girl is so special?

The art of using a Urinal.

After hearing about Tyra Banks teaching all the ladies listening how to properly pee in a public toilet(apparently you have to pull your panties away from the toilet ladies), I thought maybe the men could use a few pointers. The guys over here at theChestbump thought we would give you a couple different strategies. To use a urinal properly, consult the strategies/rules listed below.

Awesome camera.

Unlike Matthew, I don’t know the name of this camera, but it rocks! I don’t know what it does nor what SLR even means, but I know a good picture when I see it, and this thing can capture anything. We used it on waterfalls, people, flowers, objects, portraits… you name it, this Nikon mastered the task. Here’s to hoping Matt is discriminatory in the photos he posts…

Nikon D40

Big chestbump to the Nikon D40. I picked this camera up last week after reading about digital slr’s for the past couple months. I really wanted to spend the money and get something a little bigger, but I am very happy that I didn’t. I love to take pictures and want to become more ‘professional’ with my picture taking, but for now, if you are interested, check out the review over at dpreview.com.

Out of Commision

I realize I’ve been MIA from this blog as my partner in crime has taken on all of the articles, but I’m still jobless and as a result, very much in the writing mood.

Rocket’s Return; Yanks winning streak.

Roger clemens returned to the hill Saturday June 9th against the Pittsburg Pirates. I hear it was a good game, I was too busy to watch, celebrating my little sister’s highschool graduation, but the Yankees finally seem to be clicking. The pitching i still terrible, and the hitting wont’ last forever, but they have hit a 6 game winning streak and won 8 of thier last 10. That is impressive for a team that is still under .500! Once we hit that .500 mark, we can set our eye on the Red Sox. Wait a second, my eye is already there.

There is no reason why the Yankees can’t turn this season around. As soon as we get some solid pitching performances, our winning will continue and will increase. The Red Sox need to keep their eyes on the rear view mirror in that pinto they are driving. We all know, they will crash.

Tarsi Drafted by Twins

Mike Tarsi got drafted Friday June 8th by the Minnesota Twins in the 12th round of the 2007 MLB first-year player draft. It is rumored that he will be joining the twins rookie ball league in Ft. Myers Florida in the very near future. Good luck and congratulations Tars.

It can’t be helped - Paris Hitlon goes to jail…AGAIN

I came across this picture today and it instantly brought a smile to my face. I don’t know if thats a good thing or not, but there is something about seeing a super rich bitch getting taken off to jail that makes me happy. Too bad the Hiltons don’t run the jail system, huh paris?  I can feel myself leaping into the air, looking for another chest to bump.  You there Amanda?
